What is your return policy?Items that are unused and in the original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, this does not include any personal care or hygiene items. You can email the team on info@zemaandsis.com

How will I know if an item is "out of stock" or on "pre-order"?All items will be clearly marked if out of stock or if the option to pre-order now is available. All other items are in stock and will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
